About Us

The company, Molat Invest Limited was incorporated on January 1996 with registration Certificate Number 286, 809. Since 1993, the company has been involved in Civil Engineering Works, Building Construction/Rehabilitation Feasibility Studies, Foundation/Geotechnic Engineering, Structural Designs, Supervision and General Supplies. The Company office is situated at Suite 2/6 Bar Beach Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Corporate Objectives
The company’s long term corporate objectives are as follows:
Development of engineering services in the directive of all stakeholders involved in Technical Engineering improvement for the country.
Promotion of Indigenous Technology through participation/research efforts in the usage of indigenous material for promotion of engineering services in the country.
Promotion of new technologies through technical co-operation with other engineering companies in the execution of High Technology Project being
executed in Nigerian and other Africa Countries.

We seek to please. For us, the satisfaction of our client is very important. Much of our design concept and problem solution reflect a delicate balance between planning, design and construction on one hand and sensitivity to the multifaceted nature of the environment and respect for the ecosystem on the other.

The nature of this consortium enables proper networking of professional input within a scheduled time frame.

We are open to re-scheduling and amendment of procedures as we and our clients may deem fit for the enhancement of the proposed project. General studies of our client formulation and subsequent evaluation of brief are our usual approach to design when we are invited to the conceptual stage of the project.

Thus, we do assist our clients to formulate a more functional and feasible brief for their project proposals to us.
